Here is my latest ENC 1102 thesis. I turned it in today. I was much more involved than my previous paper. We’re working up to our term thesis and research paper, which I “think” is 50% of our final grade. Olofin help me! I’m just not that good at this academic writing stuff.

Well, folks, this is my rewrite of my first paper. I made corrections, and restructured the conclusion. Let’s hope this gets me a few extra points so I get a “higher” A!

I don’t have the paper with its corrections; however, I got an “A” on my first paper. The numerical score was 91, and while that qualifies as an “A” I don’t feel it’s my best work.

Here it is, the final draft.
Folks, it has been a long week. Between Kelvin getting sick, Kelvin going to the E.R., Rebecca and I both getting sick, and jury duty, I’m amazed I got to a final draft at all. I have to be honest — I don’t feel this is my best work. But, [...]

I meant to post this last night after I finished writing it; however, there was a bit of chaos at my house, and those who follow me on facebook (Stuart Myers) will know what that was. So now I’m posting the rough draft of my literary analysis for everyone to read . . . and [...]

I have two quick announcements that I would like to make — we have new staff blogs up and running on the server of litdotorg!

To make my first writing project for ENC 1102 simpler, I needed to step away from the story I was planning and move into the analysis of another story; unfortunately, once I got into this story, I dug deeper than I needed to dig. Still, this is (as far as I can tell) exactly what the [...]
